Blair holds a PhD in health policy and gerontology from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in disability studies from York University.
Understanding the challenges in seniors’ health requires an examination of chronic illness and its growing prevalence worldwide. In responding to these challenges, health care has become the largest single expense for most governments.
